- Replaced carpet on stairs with wood
- Flush hearth and fireplace wall tile clad lends height and depth to room
- Glass replaces rail on stairs, peek-a-boo glass installation in wall expands visual, natural light
- Efficient white gloss kitchen, upscale stainless appliances, chimney hood, stainless under-mount sink with goose neck faucet in Quartz top, flip up micro storage
