Bob started building homes in 1993. Bob has a passion for innovation in housing technology, and this has lead to his current involvement in the Canadian Home Builders Association as Chair of the National Technical Research Committee and Vice Chair role for the Net Zero Housing Council. In his spare time, Bob enjoys participating in a variety of sports.
Director of Construction
Mark came to RDC Fine Homes with over 15 years of experience in both light commercial and residential construction industries. Mark’s roles here at RDC include system management, oversight of the Renovation department and sales. In Mark’s spare time, he spends as much time as possible with his young family, trail running, and seems to enjoy skinning up as much as skiing down in the backcountry.
Safety & Admin Manager
Jennie combines her experience in operations and administration to wear multiple hats at RDC Fine Homes. Responsibilities include ensuring the office is running smoothly, updating the website, organizing awards and team events and finally her favourite role, helping to lead the RDC Safety Program. Jennie is currently enrolled in BCIT Occupational Health & Safety Certificate program.
Whilst attending the award winning UBC Certificate in Project Management program, Jorden was taught that a good project manager is one who ‘gets things organized, and gets things done’. At RDC, Jorden’s goal is just that. Jorden has over 6 years experience managing and coordinating projects for award winning construction and development companies and holds his Project Management Professional (PMP)® Credential. Jorden was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, and has lived in Whistler and been part of the RDC team since early 2016.
I have accumulated over 12 years of residential and commercial construction industry experience and training. I've spent 7 years self performing and managing residential renovations and new construction building projects. During the past 3 years, I've worked as an Estimator primarily in the commercial construction market. Prior to specializing in Estimating, I spent 2 years at BCIT completing the Architectural and Building Technology diploma program. I`ve made an effort to work and manage complex renovation projects consisting of heritage restorations, soundproofing upgrades, rot repairs, high end exterior cedar installations, and electrical and plumbing upgrade work. I now specialize in Cost Estimating and Pre-Construction planning for renovation and new construction projects. My versatility allows me to manage sites, create schedules, and organize construction workflow when the opportunity arises. Born and raised in Vancouver, I've made an effort to do more travelling, having recently been to both Costa Rica and Hawaii.
Kathi has her Project Management Professional (PMP)® designation and more than 20 years experience managing resource-based projects. In the past few years she moved into business administration, financial management and education – teaching clients how to manage their cash flow. Kathi has also been involved in the real estate industry as an investor, managing renovations on her own properties, as well as an assistant to developers and a commercial appraiser. Kathi came to Whistler for her love of skiing a few years ago. She is excited to use her project management, real estate and financial management skills to help clients realize their dream home.
Tracy has over 15 years of experience in project management, logistics, system/process, and construction for both commercial and residential industries. She is passionate about emboldening others to succeed and enjoys taking a leadership role to support this passion. No stranger to challenges she will always find a way to come up with a strategy for success. Tracy has spent most of her time between Vancouver and Calgary, and enjoys the outdoor lifestyle the Sea to Sky Corridor offers.
Jake obtained a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo specializing in Structural Engineering and Construction Management. Jake grew up in Niagara Falls, Ontario and has lived in British Columbia and abroad since 2007. He has been part of the RDC team since the spring of 2017.
Site Foreman & Safety Representative
Ryan has been with RDC since 2016. He brings with him 10+ years of building experience. He enjoys the challenge of bringing a design to life and seeing the project come to fruition. He takes pride in the ability to pass along knowledge to future carpenters as well as taking everyday as an opportunity to learn something new. Ryan is passionate about green building science and the future of home automation. In his spare time he can be found riding the mountain local bike trails and shredding the slopes.
Liam is a Red Seal Carpenter & Ski performer in Whistler's "Fire and Ice Show". He is interested in new building technologies and trends. He has been a Skier for 26 years and enjoys Mountain biking in the summer. In addition he is a back country backpacker and skier.
Born and raised in the heart of Whistler, honoured to call it home not Just a destination. He is enjoying the community’s best features involving mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding. Chandler is a 4th year carpenter apprentice from the University of the Fraser Valley. His passion for finishing and creative works started as a high school student with a drive for doing the unexpected. He thrives to push more building science in every project for a more comfortable, sustainable and energy efficient way of living. His attention to detail has resulted with being a part of 5 Georgie Awinners & finalists. Chandler is committed to RDC for the long haul due to their professionalism and their focus on high end work.
Matt hails from the United Kingdom originally and moved to Canada in 2015 after travelling all over the world and deciding it felt most like home. After making this lifestyle a permanent move he began working for RDC, a company with values he truly believes in. Matt’s commitment to completing projects to the highest standard the first time they are undertaken, is something he considers paramount.
