Bob started building homes in 1993. Bob has a passion for innovation in housing technology, and this has lead to his current involvement in the Canadian Home Builders Association as Chair of the National Technical Research Committee and Vice Chair role for the Net Zero Housing Council. In his spare time, Bob enjoys participating in a variety of sports.
Vice President of Construction & Director of New Home Construction
Steve has over 30 years of construction experience. He is an organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated executive with extensive background in Civil, Residential and Commercial Construction. Managing Projects $1 million to $300 million. Core strengths include planning, sales, scheduling, safety, human resource leadership and implementation of company operations.
Renovations & Warranty Manager
Mark joined RDC in 2014 bringing with him over 15 years of experience in the renovation, light commercial and residential construction industries. In 2010, Mark moved to the Sea to Sky from Revelstoke and quickly set a goal to work at RDC Fine Homes because of RDC’s reputation, the company’s commitment to high performance building and the dynamic work environment. In Mark’s spare time, he spends as much time as possible with his young family , loves to go on long runs, and seems to enjoy skinning up as much as skiing down in the backcountry.
Joanne Thomas is an accomplished Architectural Project Manager with over ten years of industry experience, from multi-story office renovations in Australia to 10,000-square-foot, high-end, single family home construction in Whistler BC. As an individual who likes to get the job done and thrives in a fast-paced environment, Joanne executes proficiently on all objectives. Joanne is the Founding President on the Board of Directors for the Whistler Forest School.
Safety & Admin Manager
Jennie combines her experience in operations and administration to wear multiple hats at RDC Fine Homes. Responsibilities include ensuring the office is running smoothly, updating the website, organizing awards and team events and finally her favourite role, helping to lead the RDC Safety Program. Jennie is currently enrolled in BCIT Occupational Health & Safety Certificate program.
Renovation Site Supervisor
Whilst attending the award winning UBC Certificate in Project Management program, Jorden was taught that a good project manager is one who ‘gets things organized, and gets things done’. As a Project Coordinator for the RDC Renovation Department, Jorden’s goal is just that. He strives to help his team by maintaining order on the back end so that the site crews are equipped with all the necessary info and tools they need to complete the job and exceed our client’s and RDC’s high standards.
